Meal Plans

The meal plan system is built on Roy Walford’s Calorie Restriction with Optimal Nutrition (CRON) framework: every calorie carries micronutrients. No empty calories. No wasted meals.

The structure repeats weekly:

  • Sunday: Batch cook 4 proteins, 2 vegetable preps, 4 sauces. Three hours. Done.
  • Monday through Saturday: Assemble meals from batch components. Ten minutes per meal. No decisions. Faster than ordering takeout, and the nutrition is not comparable.
  • Daily targets: ~1,800-2,000 calories, 180g+ protein, full coverage of 13 tracked micronutrients.

The individual recipes are free. The complete 30-day assembled plan — daily schedules, macro/micro totals, grocery lists, batch timing — is a one-time purchase.
